Perfect experience there. Lovely little and attractive hotel located in a very nice area close to the better neighborhoods, Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, and the shopping district. Really helpful and very attentive staff interactions. Exceptional service, wonderful and excellent breakfast with healthy options and lovely clean food, for example.

Immaculately clean hotel, enjoyable breakfast, the location is perfect short walk to a very nice area close to many restaurants and bars and about a 15 minute easy walk to the Old Town Center, Gran Via and Puerta del Sol and a very pretty plaza. The units were well-equipped and fashionable with a balcony looking over the pretty tree tops of plaza santa barbara.
